Follow these instructions to incorporate your own culinary creations into your meal plan.
Instructions:
1. Go to 'Add Food':
Open the BetterFast app and head to your daily meal plan.
Locate and tap the blue '+' button in the 'Nutrition' section of the app to add a new item to your meal plan.
2. Choose 'Custom' Option:
On the 'Add Food' screen, you will see two options: 'From my meal plan' and 'Custom'.
Tap on 'Custom' to enter a meal that’s not included in the preset plan (as indicated in the second image).
3. Input Custom Meal Details:
Enter the name of your meal, along with its nutritional information including the total calories, and the amount of protein, fats, and carbs.
If you have nutritional details handy, ensure to input them accurately for effective tracking.
4. Save Your Custom Meal:
After inputting the information, select 'Log' to add the meal to your daily food diary.
Your meal will now be factored into your daily nutritional goals.
