First of all, it is important to know that your personal meal plan is based on your calorie intake, current weight, and target weight, so you should first check if these are up to date in your profile settings. Make sure your daily calories are aligned with your current data before regenerating a meal plan.
Also, make sure you are on the personalized meal plan subscription; otherwise, you don't have access to this feature.
- Open the BetterFast app on your mobile
- Click on Subscription & meal plan
- Click on Regenerate my meal plan
- Log in first so you can access your account
- Click on Regenerate my plan
- Follow the steps until the end, and your meal plan will be regenerated.
